I’m a devoted acupuncturist, mother, partner and friend — roles that deeply shape the way I connect with others and approach healing.

My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began over 12 years ago, during a time of personal health challenges. After years of struggling with persistent issues that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, I felt disheartened and disconnected from my body. Discovering acupuncture was a turning point — it offered not only relief but a deeper understanding of the body’s innate capacity to heal. This experience sparked a profound love for holistic medicine and inspired me to pursue formal study, with a heartfelt commitment to supporting others on their own paths to wellbeing.

I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture Therapies) at Endeavour College of Natural Health. I’m a registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).

My approach to treatment is gentle, supportive, and empowering. Grounded in both the classical wisdom of Chinese medicine and modern, evidence-based understanding. I work intuitively and thoughtfully, tailoring each treatment to the individual.

I have a special interest in the following areas shaped by both personal experience and the stories of those around me:

  • chronic pain;

  • mental and emotional wellbeing;

  • women’s & children’s health;

  • musculoskeletal injuries and recovery; and

  • immune and respiratory conditions.

As a mother who has navigated postpartum anxiety, I hold a deep passion for holding space for women through the transition into motherhood and beyond.

I’m passionate about supporting babies and children, with a focus on sleep, digestive health, skin conditions, and immune support — an interest born from caring for my own children’s health.

It’s an honour to walk alongside those seeking clarity, comfort, and connection within their body, mind, and spirit.
