Acupuncture
If you've been managing your symptoms for years and you're tired of just managing them, this is where we start looking at why they're there in the first place. I'm based in Blackwood and work with women across the Adelaide foothills, combining traditional Chinese Medicine with an evidence-informed approach. The goal isn't just fewer symptoms. It's feeling like yourself again.
-
This is where we go deeper. It's built for the appointments that need more room; complex, multi-layered concerns, or when perimenopause, menopause or fertility is part of the picture.
What's Included
The Conversation: We take in the full picture: your symptoms, your cycle or hormonal history, your health history, your stress load, everything relevant to what's going on for you. I'll also take some Traditional Chinese Medicine readings, like your pulse and tongue.
Your Plan: I'll explain the patterns I'm seeing and how they connect, then we build a plan that actually reflects the complexity of what's going on. Nothing generic, no guesswork.
The Treatment: Gentle and tailored, with the time to work through more than one layer in the same session. Needles usually stay in for 30 to 45 minutes while you rest.
Aftercare: Ask me anything, whenever. You'll leave with a clear plan and simple aftercare tips so you know what's next.

Not every first appointment needs the extended version. If what's brought you in is more contained, think back pain or a specific area of tension, for example. This is where we start.
What's Included
The Conversation: We talk properly: your main concern, your health history, your lifestyle. I'll also take some Traditional Chinese Medicine readings, like your pulse and tongue.
Your Plan: I'll explain the pattern I'm seeing and how it connects to what you're feeling, then we work out where to go from here.
The Treatment: Gentle and tailored to you, calming your nervous system and supporting your body doing what it already knows how to do. If it makes sense, I might add cupping, gua sha, heat or acupressure too.
Aftercare: Ask me anything, whenever. You'll leave knowing exactly what to expect.

This is where the momentum builds. We keep adjusting your care as your body responds and your life keeps moving.
What's Included
Check-In: We talk about how you've actually been since last time, what's changed, what hasn't, anything new. I might check your pulse and tongue again to guide the session.
Treatment: Adjusted to where you're at today. Acupuncture stays the foundation, easing tension and helping your body find its balance again.
Extras, If They're Useful: Cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, heat or acupressure, added when it makes sense for what's going on.
Guidance: A few realistic suggestions, maybe some movement, breathing, or small lifestyle tweaks, to help you hold onto the benefits until next time.

Neuro Emotional Technique
-
If your stress seems to be showing up in your body and nobody's been able to explain why, start here. We take the time to look at the connection between what you've been through, your nervous system, and what you're feeling now.
What's Included
The Conversation: We talk about what's going on for you right now and start figuring out where your body might be holding onto stress.
How NET Works: I'll explain how the technique works and how emotional stress can affect your nervous system and your body. Then we look at what might be keeping you feeling stuck.
The Session: Using muscle testing, some specific questions, and gentle mind-body techniques, we work through the stress patterns connected to what you're dealing with. It's gentle and non-invasive, and it moves at your pace.
A Safe Pace: You don't have to relive anything you don't want to talk about. We go as slow or as fast as feels right for you.
Aftercare: Ask questions any time. You'll get some simple guidance to take with you afterward.
Health funds do not apply to NET treatments.

Follow-up sessions build on the work already done, helping reinforce the changes your nervous system is starting to make.
What's Included
Check-In: We talk about what's shifted since last time, in your symptoms, your emotions, your stress levels, or how you've been behaving.
Treatment: Guided by how you're doing today, continuing to work through whatever's connected to what you're feeling.
Nervous System Support: Aimed at helping you feel more balanced and resilient, and supporting your body's natural ability to heal.
Aftercare: A few simple things to help you feel grounded once you leave.

The tension in your body usually has a story behind it. NET is a gentle technique that helps find and release stress your body's been holding onto, even when it's been there so long you've stopped noticing it.
Acupuncture + NET
For patients who've done both on their own and want to bring them together, because physical symptoms and emotional patterns are rarely separate things.
-
This is your starting point if you haven’t had an initial acupuncture or NET appointment before. We cover the groundwork for both in the one session, about 15 minutes talking through what’s brought you in, 25 minutes of NET with me, then around 25 minutes resting with the needles in.
What’s Included
The Conversation: Around 15 minutes talking through what’s brought you in and what you’d like to focus on today.
The NET Portion: About 25 minutes working directly with me through muscle testing and gentle techniques to begin identifying and releasing stress connected to your concerns.
Resting With Acupuncture: Around 25 minutes resting with the needles in, giving your nervous system time to settle after the NET work.
Who It’s For: This is for new patients who haven’t yet had an initial acupuncture or NET appointment. It’s designed to introduce you to both at once, rather than asking you to book and pay for two separate initial sessions first.
Health funds may apply to the acupuncture portion only. NET itself isn’t claimable through private health funds.
-
The follow-up version, continuing to work with both the emotional and physical side of things in one appointment.
What's Included
The NET Portion: About 25 minutes working with me, continuing to release whatever's connected to how you're presenting.
Resting With Acupuncture: About 25 minutes resting with the needles in, helping the NET work settle in.
Who Can Book This You'll need to have already had an initial acupuncture appointment and an initial NET appointment before booking this one.
Health funds may apply to the acupuncture portion only. NET itself isn't claimable through private health funds.
Cupping or Gua Sha
Short on time but carrying tension in your neck, shoulders or back? This stand-alone session is built for fast, focused relief, or to help you through the acute stage of a cold or flu, without booking a full acupuncture appointment.
-
What’s Included
Quick Check-In: A short chat about where you’re holding tightness or discomfort so we can focus the session on you.
Targeted Treatment: This focuses on one area, usually the neck, shoulders, upper back, or lower back. Depending on what suits you, this might include:
Fire cupping, traditional flame-created suction to warm and loosen tight tissue
Sliding cupping, if appropriate
Gua sha, using a smooth tool to scrape along the skin and release tension held in the muscle
Optional Heat Therapy
Some added warmth to help soften muscles and deepen the relaxation.
This one’s good when you’re short on time or just want some focused relief.
