Wild Heart Acupuncture was born from my own experience of being the woman.

Before becoming an Acupuncturist, I spent 20 years in Human Resources, supporting people through complex challenges, understanding human behaviour, and helping others. That work taught me how much people carry beneath the surface, and how much it matters to be truly listened to.

I also know the yearning of wanting to be a mother. I waited a long time for the right man to come along, which meant navigating conception in my late 30s. I understand how deeply that longing can sit with you, even when you don’t speak about it.

Becoming a mother was the greatest gift of my life. It also showed me how quietly a woman can struggle, through the invisible mental load and the postpartum anxiety nobody warns you about, even while feeling deeply grateful.

It was through my own healing journey that I discovered the power of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and the profound impact of feeling genuinely seen, heard and supported.

That journey taught me that a woman’s health is never just one moment in time. It unfolds across the seasons of her life: preparing her body for pregnancy, the hope and uncertainty of trying to conceive, pregnancy and the fourth trimester, and later, the changes of perimenopause. Each season asks something different of us, and each deserves care that sees the whole woman, not just the symptom, the cycle or the scan result.

It’s an honour to walk alongside the women who come through my door in every one of those seasons, working with their GP, fertility specialist or obstetric team, never instead of them. Many of these women are exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying far more than anyone around them realises. They are ready to feel like themselves again.

Why choose Wild Heart Acupuncture

Trauma-Informed & Gentle Approach

My treatments are designed to meet you where you are. With a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, I create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported — especially if you've had difficult medical or life experiences.

Warm, Welcoming Space

The clinic is a calming, nurturing environment designed to help you feel at ease. Whether you’re new to acupuncture or a returning client, you'll be met with warmth and respect.

Lived Experience and Empathy

As a mother, partner, and woman who has walked her own healing path, I bring genuine empathy to my work. I understand what it’s like to navigate uncertainty, chronic conditions, emotional overwhelm, and postpartum challenges — and I offer care from that lived perspective.

Commitment to Ongoing Learning

I continue to deepen my knowledge through professional development. My commitment to growth ensures you’re receiving care informed by the latest in both traditional and modern healing systems, backed by evidence.

Evidence-Informed, Rooted in Tradition

I integrate the timeless wisdom of Chinese medicine with current, evidence-based practices. This means your care is both grounded in tradition and guided by modern understanding of the body, nervous system, and integrative health.

Whole-Person, Heart-Centred Care

At Wild Heart Acupuncture, you're not just a condition or symptom — you're a whole person with a story. I take time to listen deeply, understand your unique journey, and tailor treatments that support healing on every level: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
