APPOINTMENTS

Clear prices, no surprises

Health Funds

 

On-the-spot claiming: HICAPs is available in clinic, so you only pay the gap. Rebates are available with most major private health funds, depending on your level of extras cover.

Concession Rates

15% discount available for eligible concession holders, pensioners and full-time students. Relevant card must be presented each treatment.

POLICIES

Cancellations and rescheduling

I understand that schedules can change and life can be unpredictable, especially with IVF schedules and small children.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full appointment fee.

 

If you need to reschedule within the same week, the cancellation fee will be waived. Waived for IVF date changes and new-baby chaos.

 

I appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which allows me to continue providing consistent and sustainable care.

Payment:

 

  • Card, HICAPS and direct bank transfer

  • Cash (correct amount) as change is not kept on site

  • Payment is taken at the end of each appointment

  • Gift Vouchers available for purchase
