This is where we go deeper: for complex or multi-layered concerns, or when perimenopause, menopause or hormonal health is part of the picture. What’s Included The Conversation: We take in the full picture: your symptoms, your cycle or hormonal history, your health history, your stress load, everything relevant to what’s going on for you. I’ll also take some Traditional Chinese Medicine readings, like your pulse and tongue. Your Plan: I’ll explain the patterns I’m seeing and how they connect, then we build a plan that reflects the complexity of what’s going on. Nothing generic, no guesswork. The Treatment: Tailored to you, with the time to work through more than one layer in the same session. Needles usually stay in for 30 to 45 minutes while you rest.
