This is your first appointment and the space to be properly heard before anything else happens. What’s Included The Conversation: Your health history, your cycle, your fertility journey so far, and any treatment you’ve had or have coming up. I’ll also take some Traditional Chinese Medicine readings, like your pulse and tongue. Nothing is rushed and nothing is assumed. Your Plan: I’ll explain what I’m seeing and how it connects, then we build a clear plan with realistic expectations and practical steps. The Treatment: A personalised acupuncture treatment, tailored to where you are in your cycle or your IVF journey. Aftercare: You’ll leave feeling informed and supported, not just treated, and knowing exactly what comes next. What to Bring: Please also forward via email in advance, any relevant Basal Body Temperature (BBT) tracking, blood work, sperm analysis tests, or other investigation reports, including any IVF treatment schedules you have set. Completing this beforehand allows me to really understand your health picture so we can spend more of your appointment discussing the missing pieces and treatment approach, time on the treatment table, relaxing and letting the acupuncture do its work. HICAPS available in clinic to claim your health fund rebate, subject to your fund and level of cover.
